    In scopul eliminarii din legislatia Romaniei a unor acte normative, emise de vechiul regim referitoare la asigurarea unor conditii speciale si exceptionale de transport aerian si naval al fostului dictator si al familiei sale,

    Consiliul Frontului Salvarii Nationale decreteaza:

    ARTICOL UNIC
    Sunt si raman abrogate urmatoarele decrete:
    - decretul nr. 470 din 21 decembrie 1977 privind zborurile de importanta exceptionala;
    - decretul nr. 82 din 13 martie 1978 privind organizarea, pregatirea si executarea transporturilor de importanta exceptionala cu nave.
