    In temeiul prevederilor art. 107 din Constitutia Romaniei,

    Guvernul Romaniei adopta prezenta hotarare.

    Art. 1
    Se aproba Lista cuprinzand subventiile unitare pentru produsele din industria carbunelui, minereurilor feroase, neferoase, radioactive, rare si nemetalifere care se subventioneaza de la bugetul de stat in anul 2000, conform Ordonantei de urgenta a Guvernului nr. 155/2000, livrate de companiile sau, dupa caz, de societatile nationale sau comerciale prevazute in anexa*) la prezenta hotarare, care inlocuieste anexa la Hotararea Guvernului nr. 492/2000 pentru aprobarea Listei cuprinzand subventiile unitare pentru produsele din industria carbunelui, minereurilor feroase, neferoase, radioactive, rare si nemetalifere in anul 2000, publicata in Monitorul Oficial al Romaniei, Partea I, nr. 284 din 22 iunie 2000.

    In conformitate cu prevederile art. I se vor regulariza subventiile cuvenite de la inceputul anului pentru fiecare produs si pentru fiecare agent economic.
