    Guvernul Romaniei hotaraste:

    Art. 1
    Hotararea Guvernului nr. 523/1997 privind asigurarea pazei obiectivelor, bunurilor si valorilor cu efective de jandarmi, publicata in Monitorul Oficial al Romaniei, Partea I, nr. 249 din 23 septembrie 1997, cu modificarile si completarile ulterioare, se modifica si se completeaza dupa cum urmeaza:
    In anexa nr. 1, capitolul IX "Obiective din domeniul financiar-bancar", la pozitia a doua "Sediile centrale, ale sucursalelor judetene, filialelor, agentiilor si transporturilor de valori de la:" se elimina "Banca de Credit Cooperatist - S.A. (BANKCOOP)".
    2. Anexa nr. 3 "Lista cuprinzand obiectivele de la care se ridica paza militara cu efective de jandarmi" se completeaza cu o noua pozitie cu urmatorul cuprins:

    Art. 2
    Efectivele de jandarmi-subofiteri disponibilizate ca urmare a aplicarii prezentei hotarari vor fi redistribuite in cadrul Jandarmeriei Romane la alte institutii bancare nominalizate in Hotararea Guvernului nr. 523/1997.
