    Guvernul Romaniei hotaraste:

    ARTICOL UNIC
    Se aproba acordarea unei bonificatii de pana la 20% la tariful de energie electrica sau termica acelor agenti economici, consumatori industriali de energie electrica sau termica, care contribuie cu valuta la importul de gaze naturale si pacura necesare pentru termocentralele Regiei Autonome de Electricitate "Renel", pentru anul 1998.
    Acordarea de bonificatii se face pe baza normelor de aplicare elaborate de Ministerul Industriei si Comertului si avizate de Ministerul Finantelor.
