Având în vedere prevederile art. 97 lit. b) din Legea nr. 188/1999 privind Statutul funcţionarilor publici, republicată, şi în temeiul art. 108 din Constituţia României, republicată, şi al art. 19 alin. (1) lit. a) din Legea nr. 188/1999, republicată,

Guvernul României adoptă prezenta hotărâre.

Articol unic. - Raportul de serviciu al subprefectului judeţului Braşov, domnul Danu Aurelian-Leonard, încetează prin acordul părţilor.
