In temeiul art. 108 din Constituţia României, republicată,

Guvernul României adoptă prezenta hotărâre.

Articol unic. - La anexa nr. 1 din Hotărârea Guvernului nr. 264/2003 privind stabilirea acţiunilor şi categoriilor de cheltuieli, criteriilor, procedurilor şi limitelor pentru efectuarea de plăţi în avans din fonduri publice, republicată în Monitorul Oficial al  României,  Partea  I,  nr.   109 din 5 februarie 2004,  cu modificările şi completările ulterioare, la capitolul IV „Indeplinirea angajamentelor care decurg din contractele privind achiziţia de bunuri şi servicii", după numărul curent 1 se introduce un nou număr curent, numărul curent 2, cu următorul cuprins:
