privind incadrarea in grupa a II-a de munca, in vederea pensionarii, a unor locuri de munca sau activitati din constructii-montaj

    Guvernul Romaniei hotaraste:

    Art. 1
    Personalul care este in activitate si care a lucrat la locurile de munca sau activitatile cu conditii de munca nocive, grele sau periculoase de pe santierele de constructii-montaj, grupurile de santiere si intreprinderile - santier, inclusiv unitatile de deservire ale acestora: bazele de productie, depozitele, laboratoarele, unitatile de mecanizare se incadreaza in grupa a II-a de munca in vederea pensionarii, pentru intreaga perioada efectiv lucrata dupa 18 martie 1969.
    Art. 2
    Nominalizarea persoanelor care se incadreaza in grupa a II-a de munca, se face de consiliile de administratie, impreuna cu sindicatele libere din unitati.

am lucrat 24 de ani in grupa II de munca,am adus adeverintele de la hidroconstructia,in carnetul de munca e trecuta grupa de munca si cu toate acestea la casa de pensii nu mi se valorifica grupa. cum puteti explica? statul ne fura si acum cind nu mai e boc la guvernare,

18.02.2014 nicu am fost sef depozit pe un santier ce a facut canalul marea neagra am adeverinta care atesta ca am lucrat in grupa a 2 a de munca in perioada 10.09.1979-25.02.1991 si adeverintacare arata ca am lucrat program prelungit de 10-12 ore zilnic , 10-11 luni in fiecare an din aceasta perioada am lucrat in aer libersi sub influianta permanenta a intemperiilor in conditii de efort, de risc, de suprasolicitare in program lucru prelugit ma puteti ajuta la( nicumilitaru52@yahoo.com )multumesc!

Am o adeverinta din 17.07.1992 care atesta ca am lucrat la o firma in grupa a II-a de munca pe o perioada de timp (09.09.1985-31.12.1991). Problema este ca scrie conform cu H.G. Romaniei nr. 1223/10.11.1990 si eu constat din acest articol ca acest HG fost de fapt din 20.11.1990 . Se poate ca din aceasta cauza la calculul pensiei sa nu mi se ia in considerare adeverinta ? Este totusi vorba de 6 ani lucrati in aceste conditii ceea ce conduce din cate stiu la 18 luni in plus la calculul pensiei. Firma, din cate stiu nu mai exista , nu mai exista nici cladirea .E vorba de Bucuresti . Ma puteti lamuri ? Sorinel Dobre sorinel_58@yahoo.com 0724255347

Daca am fost programator la Oficiul de calcul la o intreprindere de constructii, se acorda grupa II? Din partea societatii am primit o adeverinta in acest sens, dar la Casa de pensii mi s-a spus ca "nu am lucrat in intemperii, ci la birou!!", deci NU. Ma poate ajuta cineva?
