privind aprobarea bugetului Trezoreriei Statului pe anul 2011

ACT EMIS DE: GUVERNUL ROMANIEI

ACT PUBLICAT IN: MONITORUL OFICIAL  NR. 844 din 16 decembrie 2010



In temeiul art. 108 din Constituţia României, republicată, şi al art. 11 alin. (4) din Ordonanţa de urgenţă a Guvernului nr. 146/2002 privind formarea şi utilizarea resurselor derulate prin trezoreria statului, republicată, cu modificările şi completările ulterioare,

Guvernul României adoptă prezenta hotărâre.

Art. 1 - Bugetul Trezoreriei Statului pe anul 2011 se stabileşte la venituri în sumă de 1.003.908 mii lei, la cheltuieli în sumă de 809.856 mii lei, cu un excedent în sumă de 194.052 mii lei.

Art. 2. - Structura bugetului Trezoreriei Statului pe anul 2011 este prevăzută în anexa care face parte integrantă din prezenta hotărâre.
