    Se extinde valabilitatea prevederilor art. 2 lit. a) din Hotararea Guvernului nr. 819 din 11 decembrie 1991 si pentru contractele incheiate in anul 1992 in contul rambursarii datoriei in ruble transferabile catre toate fostele tari socialiste.
