In temeiul prevederilor art. 24 alin. (2) si (3) din Legea nr. 132/1997
privind rechizitiile de bunuri si prestarile de servicii in interes public,
Comisia Centrala de Rechizitii a aprobat in sedinta din 25 februarie 2003 Lista
ce cuprinde preturile unitare pe intreaga tara, folosite la plata
despagubirilor pentru principalele bunuri consumptibile rechizitionabile si
Nivelul cotelor medii de adaos comercial, prezentate in anexele nr. 1 si 2*).
Dimensionarea propunerilor nivelurilor de preturi supuse aprobarii s-a
facut in baza Precizarilor referitoare la modul in care comisiile mixte de
rechizitii stabilesc anual propuneri privind limitele preturilor folosite la
plata despagubirilor pentru bunurile consumptibile rechizitionabile si tarifele
prestarilor de servicii in interes public, aprobate prin Hotararea Comisiei
Centrale de Rechizitii nr. 482/2001, publicate in Monitorul Oficial al
Romaniei, Partea I, nr. 130 din 15 martie 2001.

Cu preturile de productie unitare actualizate pe baza indicilor statistici
de preturi, cu cotele de adaos comercial si cota de taxa pe valoare adaugata in
vigoare se vor dimensiona preturile pentru plata despagubirilor bunurilor
consumptibile rechizitionate de la: agentii economici producatori, agentii
economici comercianti angros si de la agentii economici comercianti en detail.
Lista preturilor publicate va intra in vigoare in conditiile stabilite de
lege.
