    Avand in vedere prevederile art. 6 alin. (5) si ale art. 11 lit. A din Ordonanta de urgenta a Guvernului nr. 75/1999 privind activitatea de audit financiar, republicata, cu modificarile ulterioare, precum si ale art. 14 din Regulamentul de organizare si functionare a Camerei Auditorilor din Romania, aprobat prin Hotararea Guvernului nr. 591/2000, precum si procesul-verbal intocmit de comisia de examinare stabilita prin Hotararea Consiliului Camerei Auditorilor Financiari din Romania, incheiat in data de 7 iunie 2004,

    Consiliul Camerei Auditorilor Financiari din Romania hotaraste:

    Art. 1
    Se aproba acordarea calitatii de auditor financiar persoanelor fizice prevazute in lista cuprinsa in anexa la prezenta hotarare, care poseda o calificare profesionala in audit financiar sau in profesii asimilate acestuia, atribuita de alt stat in acord cu reglementarile specifice din acel stat.
    Art. 2
    Prezenta hotarare va fi publicata in Monitorul Oficial al Romaniei, Partea I.
