    Guvernul Romaniei hotaraste:

    Art. 1
    Aprobarile pentru extinderea consumului de gaze naturale prin instalarea de noi receptori la gospodariile populatiei intra in competenta Regiei Autonome a Gazelor "Romgaz" Medias.
    Art. 2
    Aprobarile nominale de noi debite de gaze la gospodariile populatiei se vor emite prin regionalele de distributie a gazelor naturale din teritoriu, cu avizul prealabil al prefecturilor si al Primariei municipiului Bucuresti.
    Art. 3
    Aprobarile pentru extinderea consumului de gaze naturale prin instalarea de noi receptori la gospodariile populatiei se vor da in limita cantitatilor de gaze, ce se vor stabili anual de catre Guvern, la propunerea Ministerului Industriei.
    Defalcarea pe judete a cantitatilor de gaze se va aproba de Ministerul Industriei, la propunerea Regiei Autonome a Gazelor "Romgaz" - Medias.
    Art. 4
    Se modifica in mod corespunzator anexa nr. 1 la Hotarirea Guvernului nr. 399 din 12 aprilie 1990.
