    In temeiul prevederilor art. 4 alin. (2) din Legea concurentei nr. 21/1996,

    Guvernul Romaniei hotaraste:

    Art. 1
    Se instituie controlul asupra pretului la produsul apa grea realizat de Regia Autonoma pentru Activitati Nucleare, sucursala ROMAG-PROD, pe o perioada de 3 ani.
    Prevederile acestei hotarari se aplica pentru productia existenta la sucursala ROMAG-PROD si cea in curs de fabricatie.
    Art. 2
    Nivelul pretului pentru produsul apa grea se stabileste si se ajusteaza in functie de evolutia cursului de schimb al leului fata de dolarul S.U.A., pe baza propunerii producatorului, cu consultarea Ministerului Industriei si Comertului si cu avizul Oficiului Concurentei.
