În temeiul art. 108 din Constituţia României, republicată,Guvernul României adoptă prezenta hotărâre.ARTICOL UNICAnexa la Hotărârea Guvernului nr. 1.553/2004 privind unele modalităţi de încetare a practicilor ilicite în domeniul protecţiei intereselor colective ale consumatorilor, republicată în Monitorul Oficial al României, Partea I, nr. 695 din 30 septembrie 2011, se modifică şi se completează după cum urmează: 1. Numerele curente 7 şi 8 se modifică şi vor avea următorul cuprins:

7. Ordonanţa de urgenţă a Guvernului nr. 34/2014 privind drepturile consumatorilor în cadrul contractelor încheiate cu profesioniştii, precum şi pentru modificarea şi completarea unor acte normative, aprobată cu modificări prin Legea nr. 157/2015, cu excepţia art. 4 • Autoritatea Naţională pentru Protecţia Consumatorilor • Autoritatea Naţională pentru Administrare şi Reglementare în Comunicaţii
8. Ordonanţa Guvernului nr. 38/2015 privind soluţionarea alternativă a litigiilor dintre consumatori şi comercianţi: art. 25 • Autoritatea Naţională pentru Protecţia Consumatorilor"

2. După numărul curent 13 se introduce un nou număr, numărul curent 14, cu următorul cuprins:

„14. Regulamentul (UE) nr. 524/2013 al Parlamentului European şi al Consiliului din 21 mai 2013 privind soluţionarea online a litigiilor în materie de consum (JO L 165, 18.6.2013, p. 1): articolul 14 • Autoritatea Naţională pentru Protecţia Consumatorilor"
