    In temeiul prevederilor art. 107 din Constitutia Romaniei, precum si ale art. 40 din Legea nr. 90/2001 privind organizarea si functionarea Guvernului Romaniei si a ministerelor,

    Guvernul Romaniei adopta prezenta hotarare.

    ARTICOL UNIC
    Hotararea Guvernului nr. 8/2001 privind infiintarea, organizarea si functionarea Ministerului Administratiei Publice, publicata in Monitorul Oficial al Romaniei, Partea I, nr. 15 din 10 ianuarie 2001, cu modificarile ulterioare, se modifica si se completeaza dupa cum urmeaza:
    1. Alineatul (1) al articolului 13 va avea urmatorul cuprins:
    "Art. 13
    (1) Ministrul administratiei publice este ajutat in activitatea de conducere a Ministerului Administratiei Publice de 5 secretari de stat si de un secretar general."
    2. Anexa nr. 1 se inlocuieste cu anexa care face parte integranta din prezenta hotarare.
