    In temeiul prevederilor art. 107 din Constitutia Romaniei si ale art. 5 alin. (1) din Legea nr. 390/2002 privind infiintarea, organizarea si functionarea Agentiei Romane pentru Investitii Straine,

    Guvernul Romaniei adopta prezenta hotarare.

    Art. 1
    Se aproba structura organizatorica a Agentiei Romane pentru Investitii Straine, organ de specialitate al administratiei publice centrale, cu personalitate juridica, in subordinea Guvernului, care raspunde de aplicarea politicii Guvernului pentru promovarea si atragerea investitiilor straine directe, infiintata prin Legea nr. 390/2002, prevazuta in anexa care face parte integranta din prezenta hotarare.
    Art. 2
    Numarul de posturi al Agentiei Romane pentru Investitii Straine este de 33, inclusiv demnitarul si posturile aferente cabinetului acestuia.
