privind structura organizatorica si efectivele Ministerului Administratiei si Internelor

    In temeiul art. 107 din Constitutie si al art. 10 alin. (2) din Ordonanta de urgenta a Guvernului nr. 63/2003 privind organizarea si functionarea Ministerului Administratiei si Internelor,
    avand in vedere prevederile art. XVI din titlul III al cartii II din Legea nr. 161/2003 privind unele masuri pentru asigurarea transparentei in exercitarea demnitatilor publice, a functiilor publice si in mediul de afaceri, prevenirea si sanctionarea coruptiei,

    Guvernul Romaniei adopta prezenta hotarare.

    Art. 1
    (1) Ministerul Administratiei si Internelor are structura organizatorica potrivit organigramei prevazute in anexa nr. 1.
    (2) Ministerul Administratiei si Internelor are in conducerea sa un ministru, un ministru delegat si 7 secretari de stat.
    (3) Secretarul general al ministerului este ajutat de 2 secretari generali adjuncti.
    (4) Coordonarea de catre ministru, ministrul delegat, secretarii de stat si secretarul general a structurilor si a unitatilor subordonate se stabileste prin ordin al ministrului administratiei si internelor.
    Art. 2
    (1) Functia de sef al Directiei generale de informatii si protectie interna se asimileaza, din punct de vedere al salarizarii, cu functia de subsecretar de stat.
    (2) Numirea sau eliberarea din functie a sefului Directiei generale de informatii si protectie interna se face prin decizie a primului-ministru, la propunerea ministrului administratiei si internelor.
    Art. 3
    Ministrul administratiei si internelor stabileste structura organizatorica a unitatilor proprii ministerului si poate infiinta, disloca si desfiinta si alte unitati, institute, ateliere de reparatii sau productie similare, subordonate ministerului, pana la nivel de birou, serviciu, sector, directie operativa, batalion inclusiv, in limita posturilor si a fondului de salarii aprobate.
    Art. 4
    Numarul posturilor, la pace si mobilizare, este cel prevazut in anexele nr. 2 si 3*).

    *) Anexele nr. 2 si 3 se comunica Ministerului Administratiei si Internelor.

    Art. 5
    Anexele nr. 1 - 3 fac parte integranta din prezenta hotarare.
    Art. 6
    La data intrarii in vigoare a prezentei hotarari, Hotararea Guvernului nr. 301/2003 privind structura organizatorica si efectivele Ministerului de Interne, nepublicata, precum si orice alte prevederi contrare se abroga.
