privind suportul financiar acordat participantilor romani la Programul LIFE-NATURA al Comunitatii Europene, pentru anii 2007-2010

ACT EMIS DE: GUVERNUL ROMANIEI

ACT PUBLICAT IN: MONITORUL OFICIAL  NR. 501 din 26 iulie 2007



In temeiul art. 108 din Constituţia României, republicată,

Guvernul României adoptă prezenta hotărâre.

Art. 1. - Se aprobă plata, în limita echivalentului în lei, a sumei de 215.207 euro, potrivit anexei care face parte integrantă din prezenta hotărâre, reprezentând suportul financiar acordat participanţilor români la Programul LIFE-NATURA al Comunităţii Europene, pentru anii 2007-2010.

Art. 2. - (1) Suma prevăzută la art. 1 se suportă din prevederile bugetare ale Ministerului Mediului şi Dezvoltării Durabile pe anii 2007-2010.

(2) Echivalentul în lei al sumei prevăzute la art. 1 se va calcula pe baza cursului de schimb leu/euro în vigoare la data plăţii.
