În temeiul art. 108 din Constituţia României, republicată,Guvernul României adoptă prezenta hotărâre. Articolul ILa anexa nr. 1 la Hotărârea Guvernului nr. 837/1995 cu privire la criteriile de salarizare în valută şi celelalte drepturi în valută şi în lei ale personalului trimis în misiune permanentă în străinătate, republicată în Monitorul Oficial al României, Partea I, nr. 210 din 5 septembrie 1996, cu modificările şi completările ulterioare, poziţia nr. 1 se modifică şi va avea următorul cuprins:
