    In temeiul prevederilor art. 107 din Constitutia Romaniei si ale art. 8 alin. (2) din Legea nr. 83/1997 pentru privatizarea societatilor comerciale bancare la care statul este actionar, cu modificarile si completarile ulterioare,

    Guvernul Romaniei adopta prezenta hotarare.

    ARTICOL UNIC
    Alineatul (2) al articolului 7 din anexa*) la Hotararea Guvernului nr. 428/1998 pentru aprobarea strategiei de privatizare a Societatii Comerciale "Banca Romana pentru Dezvoltare" - S.A., publicata in Monitorul Oficial al Romaniei, Partea I, nr. 279 din 28 iulie 1998, cu modificarile ulterioare, se modifica si va avea urmatorul cuprins:
    "(2) Pentru a doua etapa oferta publica de vanzare se va realiza pe piata interna. Comisia de privatizare va selecta prin licitatie in plic inchis intermediarul si/sau consultantul financiar si juridic pentru aceasta oferta publica."

    *) Anexa la Hotararea Guvernului nr. 428/1998 a fost comunicata numai Ministerului Privatizarii, Bancii Nationale a Romaniei si Fondului Proprietatii de Stat.
