    *) Aceasta lege, dimpreuna cu Conventiunea si Protocolul aditional la dansa anexate s-a votat de Senat si Adunarea deputatilor in sedintele de la 12 si 25 Martie 1931; s-a promulgat cu Decret No. 1213/931 si publicat in Monitorul Oficial No. 83 din 9 aprilie 1931, unde se pot consulta anexele.

    Guvernul este autorizat a ratifica si a face sa se execute Conventiunea pentru unificarea unor reguli relative la transportul aerian international impreuna cu Protocolul aditional, semnate in Varsovia la 31 Ianuarie 1930.
    Copie si traducere autentice de pe aceasta Conventiune si de pe Protocolul aditional se alatura la legea de fata.
