Parlamentul României adoptă prezenta lege.

Articol unic. - România aderă la Convenţia privind vămuirea centralizată, referitoare la distribuirea costurilor de colectare naţionale care sunt reţinute atunci când resursele proprii tradiţionale sunt puse la dispoziţia bugetului Uniunii Europene, semnată la Bruxelles la 10 martie 2009.

Această lege a fost adoptată de Parlamentul României, cu respectarea prevederilor art. 75 şi ale art. 76 alin. (2) din Constituţia României, republicată.
