Parlamentul României adoptă prezenta lege.

Articol unic. - Se aprobă Ordonanţa de urgenţă a Guvernului nr. 81 din 8 septembrie 2010 privind ratificarea Memorandumului suplimentar de înţelegere (al doilea addendum la Memorandumul de înţelegere) dintre Uniunea Europeană şi România, semnat la Bruxelles la 20 iulie 2010 şi la Bucureşti la 2 august 2010, la Memorandumul de înţelegere dintre Comunitatea Europeană şi România, semnat la Bucureşti şi la Bruxelles la 23 iunie 2009, publicată în Monitorul Oficial al României, Partea I, nr. 636 din 10 septembrie 2010.

Această lege a fost adoptată de Parlamentul României, cu respectarea prevederilor art. 75 şi ale art. 76 alin. (2) din Constituţia României, republicată.
