Parlamentul României adoptă prezenta lege.ARTICOL UNIC Se ratifică Convenţia dintre România şi Republica Orientală a Uruguayului pentru evitarea dublei impuneri şi prevenirea evaziunii fiscale cu privire la impozitele pe venit şi pe capital, semnată la Bucureşti la 14 septembrie 2012. Această lege a fost adoptată de Parlamentul României, cu respectarea prevederilor art. 75 şi ale art. 76 alin. (2) din Constituţia României, republicată.
