    Parlamentul Romaniei adopta prezenta lege.

    ARTICOL UNIC
    (1) Se aproba trecerea unei suprafete de teren, identificata potrivit anexei care face parte integranta din prezenta lege, aflata in administrarea Ministerului Educatiei si Cercetarii - Inspectoratul Scolar al Municipiului Bucuresti, din domeniul public al statului in domeniul privat al statului.
    (2) Prin derogare de la prevederile Legii nr. 213/1998 privind proprietatea publica si regimul juridic al acesteia, cu modificarile si completarile ulterioare, se aproba darea suprafetei de teren prevazute la alin. (1) in folosinta gratuita a Ambasadei Frantei la Bucuresti, in vederea construirii unui nou sediu pentru Liceul "Anna de Noailles", incepand cu data intrarii in vigoare a prezentei legi, pe durata existentei cladirii cu aceasta destinatie.

    Aceasta lege a fost adoptata de Parlamentul Romaniei, cu respectarea prevederilor art. 75 si ale art. 76 alin. (1) din Constitutia Romaniei, republicata.
