    Parlamentul Romaniei adopta prezenta lege.

    Art. 1
    Anexa nr. 5 la Legea nr. 52/1991 cu privire la salarizarea personalului din organele puterii judecatoresti se modifica si se completeaza potrivit anexei, care face parte integranta din prezenta lege.
    Art. 2
    Acoperirea financiara a influentelor rezultate din aplicarea prevederilor art. I se asigura in cadrul fondurilor aprobate pentru anul 1992 Ministerului Justitiei.

    Aceasta lege a fost adoptata de Camera Deputatilor si Senat in sedinta comuna din 17 iunie 1992, cu respectarea prevederilor art. 74 alin. (2) si art. 76 alin. (2) din Constitutia Romaniei.

    La numirea in functie si stabilirea treptei profesionale pentru tehnician criminalist pot fi luate in considerare si perioadele lucrate in functii de tehnician in alte sectoare de activitate si, in acest caz, vechimea minima in specialitate, prevazuta in anexa, se majoreaza cu 3 ani.
