Parlamentul Romaniei adoptă prezenta lege.

Articol unic. - Alineatul (3) al articolului 29 din Legea nr. 608/2001 privind evaluarea conformităţii produselor, republicată în Monitorul Oficial al Romaniei, Partea I, nr. 313 din 6 aprilie 2006, se modifică şi va avea următorul cuprins:

„(3) Produsele cu marcaj CS, aplicat conform prevederilor prezentei legi şi ale reglementărilor tehnice aplicabile, introduse pe piaţă anterior datei aderării Romaniei la Uniunea Europeană, pot fi distribuite contra cost sau gratuit şi/sau puse în funcţiune şi după data aderării."

Această lege a fost adoptată de Parlamentul Romaniei, cu respectarea prevederilor art. 75 şi ale art. 76 alin. (2) din Constituţia Romaniei, republicată.
