    In temeiul prevederilor art. 114 alin. (4) din Constitutia Romaniei,

    Guvernul Romaniei adopta prezenta ordonanta de urgenta.

    ARTICOL UNIC
    Termenul prevazut la art. 1 alin. (1) din Ordonanta de urgenta a Guvernului nr. 121/2001 pentru suspendarea temporara a tuturor procedurilor referitoare la adoptiile internationale, aprobata cu completari prin Legea nr. 347/2002, se proroga pana la data de 15 noiembrie 2002.
