    In temeiul prevederilor art. 114 alin. (4) din Constitutia Romaniei,

    Guvernul Romaniei emite prezenta ordonanta de urgenta.

    ARTICOL UNIC
    Ordonanta de urgenta a Guvernului nr. 12/1999 privind schimbul terenului in suprafata de 5.000 mp, situat in sos. Kiseleff, zona Piata Presei Libere, sectorul 1, Bucuresti - Romania, cu constructia si terenul aferent, situate in Dorotheenstrasse 62 - 66, Berlin - Republica Federala Germania, publicata in Monitorul Oficial al Romaniei, Partea I, nr. 89 din 2 martie 1999, aprobata prin Legea nr. 202/1999, se modifica dupa cum urmeaza:
    1. Articolul 1 va avea urmatorul cuprins:
    "Art. 1
    (1) Se aproba schimbul terenului in suprafata de 5.000 mp, situat in sos. Kiseleff, zona Piata Presei Libere, sectorul 1, Bucuresti - Romania, conform planului topografic prezentat in anexa care face parte integranta din prezenta ordonanta de urgenta, aflat in domeniul privat al statului si in administrarea Ministerului Afacerilor Externe, cu constructia si terenul aferent, situate in Dorotheenstrasse 62 - 66, Berlin - Republica Federala Germania, proprietatea firmei Tercon Bau GmbH Projecktentwicklung - S.R.L. Bucuresti.
    (2) Schimbul se efectueaza in scopul stabilirii sediului Ambasadei Romaniei in Berlin, iar contractul de schimb se va incheia intre Ministerul Afacerilor Externe, in numele statului roman, si firma Tercon Bau GmbH Projecktentwicklung - S.R.L. Bucuresti."
    2. Articolul 3 va avea urmatorul cuprins:
    "Art. 3
    Investitia pentru reconstructia spatiilor de intoarcere a tramvaielor si troleibuzelor, inclusiv anexele, va fi suportata de firma Tercon Bau GmbH Projecktentwicklung - S.R.L. Bucuresti, viitorul beneficiar al terenului prevazut la art. 1."
