Ministrul apelor si protectiei mediului,
avand in vedere prevederile art. 31 alin. (1) din Ordonanta de urgenta a
Guvernului nr. 244/2000 privind siguranta barajelor, aprobata si modificata
prin Legea nr. 466/2001, ale art. III din Legea nr. 466/2001, ale art. 48, 62,
64, 68 si 110 din Legea apelor nr. 107/1996, precum si ale art. 8 si 13 din
Legea nr. 10/1995 privind calitatea in constructii,
in baza avizului tehnic consultativ al Comisiei Nationale pentru Siguranta
Barajelor si a Altor Lucrari Hidrotehnice,
in temeiul art. 7 si al prevederilor anexei nr. 3 la Hotararea Guvernului
nr. 17/2001 privind organizarea si functionarea Ministerului Apelor si
Protectiei Mediului, modificata si completata prin Hotararea Guvernului nr. 352/2001,
emite urmatorul ordin:
Art. 1
(1) Se aproba continutul Fisei de evidenta a barajelor si digurilor care
realizeaza retentii permanente sau nepermanente de apa, prevazuta in anexa nr.
1.
(2) Se aproba continutul Fisei de evidenta a barajelor si digurilor care
realizeaza depozite de deseuri industriale - NTLH-035, prevazuta in anexa nr.
2.
Art. 2
Fisele de evidenta a lucrarilor hidrotehnice speciale (centrale
hidroelectrice si ecluze din frontul barat, derivatii cu nivel liber realizate
in rambleu, rezervoare supraterane cu volume de peste 5.000 mc si conducte
fortate) se vor intocmi dupa modelul fiselor prezentate in anexe, cu parametrii
si datele specifice fiecarui tip de lucrare.
Art. 3
Fisa de evidenta a barajului se intocmeste de catre detinatorul acestuia,
se actualizeaza anual si se transmite Directiei generale de gospodarire a
apelor din cadrul Ministerului Apelor si Protectiei Mediului, in cursul
trimestrului I, prin unul dintre urmatoarele mijloace: posta, fax, e-mail sau
suport magnetic.
Art. 4
Anexele nr. 1 si 2 fac parte integranta din prezentul ordin.
Art. 5
Directia generala de gospodarire a apelor din cadrul Ministerului Apelor si
Protectiei Mediului va aduce la indeplinire prevederile prezentului ordin.
Art. 6
Prezentul ordin va fi publicat in Monitorul Oficial al Romaniei, Partea I.

exploatare; accident: defectiune a carei remediere cere scoaterea temporara din
exploatare; avarie: defectiune care conduce scoaterea din functiune pe perioade
lungi si eventual la pierderea necontrolabila a apei si la refacerea lucrarii.
