    In conformitate cu prevederile art. 9 alin. (1) din Hotararea Guvernului nr. 270/2002 privind stabilirea cerintelor referitoare la eficienta si etichetarea energetica pentru introducerea pe piata a cazanelor noi de apa calda care functioneaza cu combustibil lichid sau gazos si ale art. 9.1 si 9.2 din Procedura de evaluare a organismelor de certificare a conformitatii cazanelor noi de apa calda care functioneaza cu combustibil lichid sau gazos, aprobata prin Ordinul ministrului industriei si resurselor nr. 465/2002,
    in temeiul Hotararii Guvernului nr. 19/2001 privind organizarea si functionarea Ministerului Industriei si Resurselor, cu completarile ulterioare,

    ministrul industriei si resurselor emite urmatorul ordin:

    Art. 1
    Se aproba Lista organismelor de certificare notificate care efectueaza evaluarea conformitatii in domeniul cazanelor noi de apa calda care functioneaza cu combustibil lichid sau gazos, prevazuta in anexa care face parte integranta din prezentul ordin.
    Art. 2
    Prezentul ordin va fi publicat in Monitorul Oficial al Romaniei, Partea I.
