    Ministrul finantelor,
    in baza prevederilor Hotararii Guvernului nr. 447/1997 privind organizarea si functionarea Ministerului Finantelor, cu modificarile si completarile ulterioare,
    avand in vedere prevederile art. 33 alin. (1) si (2) din Ordonanta de urgenta a Guvernului nr. 75/1999 privind activitatea de auditor financiar si ale art. 14 din Regulamentul de organizare si functionare a Camerei Auditorilor din Romania, aprobat prin Hotararea Guvernului nr. 591/2000,
    emite urmatorul ordin:

    Art. 1
    Aproba calitatea de auditor financiar persoanelor fizice care au obtinut calificarea de auditor financiar in strainatate, prevazute in lista-anexa la prezentul ordin.
    Art. 2
    Prezentul ordin va fi publicat in Monitorul Oficial al Romaniei, Partea I.
