    Presedintele Agentiei Nationale pentru Resurse Minerale,
    avand in vedere:
    - solicitarile persoanelor juridice pentru concesionarea unor activitati miniere de explorare, adresate Agentiei Nationale pentru Resurse Minerale;
    - dispozitiile art. 9 si 40 din Legea minelor nr. 61/1998;
    - dispozitiile art. 6 - 17 din Normele pentru aplicarea Legii minelor nr. 61/1998, aprobate prin Hotararea Guvernului nr. 639/1998,
    in temeiul Hotararii Guvernului nr. 368/1999 privind reorganizarea Agentiei Nationale pentru Resurse Minerale,
    emite prezentul ordin.

    ARTICOL UNIC
    Ordinul presedintelui Agentiei Nationale pentru Resurse Minerale nr. 316 din 17 octombrie 2000 privind concursul public de oferte nr. 17/2000 pentru concesionarea unor activitati miniere de explorare, publicat in Monitorul Oficial al Romaniei, Partea I, nr. 544 din 2 noiembrie 2000, se completeaza dupa cum urmeaza:
    - Lista cuprinzand perimetrele de explorare - Runda nr. 17/2000, anexa la ordin, se completeaza cu un perimetru de explorare avand urmatoarele date:
