Luând în considerare Adresa Inspectoratului Şcolar Judeţean Bistriţa-Năsăud nr. 55.414 din 10 septembrie 2014 şi Adresa Inspectoratului Şcolar Judeţean Brăila nr. 11.484 din 20 octombrie 2014,având în vedere procesele-verbale încheiate în 13 octombrie 2014 şi 21 octombrie 2014 de Comisia de contestaţii de la nivelul Ministerului Educaţiei Naţionale,în baza Hotărârii Guvernului nr. 185/2013 privind organizarea şi funcţionarea Ministerului Educaţiei Naţionale, cu modificările şi completările ulterioare,ministrul educaţiei naţionale emite prezentul ordin. Articolul IAnexa la Ordinul ministrului educaţiei naţionale nr. 3.530/2014 privind aprobarea Listei nominale a beneficiarilor Legii nr. 269/2004 privind acordarea unui ajutor financiar în vederea stimulării achiziţionării de calculatoare, pentru anul 2014, publicat în Monitorul Oficial al României, Partea I, nr. 433 şi 433 bis din 13 iunie 2014, cu modificările şi completările ulterioare, se modifică după cum urmează: 1. Poziţia 1.789 va avea următorul cuprins:

„1.789 BN ŞIEU-MĂGHERUŞ ŞCOALA GIMNAZIALĂ ŞIEU-MĂGHERUŞ Toroczkai Nadia CRAINIMAT BN Mocean A. Sunita-Isabel“

2. Poziţia 2.067 va avea următorul cuprins:
