    Presedintele Agentiei Nationale pentru Resurse Minerale,

    avand in vedere:
    - prevederile art. 9, 11 si 12 din Legea Petrolului nr. 134/1995;
    - prevederile art. 3 din Hotararea Guvernului nr. 221/1995;
    - prevederile art. 29 si 31 din Hotararea Guvernului nr. 1.265/1996,
    in temeiul Hotararii Guvernului nr. 221/1995 privind organizarea si functionarea Agentiei Nationale pentru Resurse Minerale, precum si al Deciziei primului-ministru nr. 86/1997,
    emite urmatorul ordin:
