In baza dispoziţiilor art. 5 şi ale art. 8 alin. (4) din Legea nr. 312/2004 privind Statutul Băncii Naţionale a României,

în aplicarea prevederilor art. 12 din Regulamentul Băncii Naţionale a României nr. 6/2002 privind regimul rezervelor minime obligatorii, cu modificările şi completările ulterioare,

în temeiul art. 48 din Legea nr. 312/2004,

Consiliul de administraţie al Băncii Naţionale a României hotărăşte:

Incepând cu perioada de aplicare 24 august-23 septembrie 2010, ratele dobânzilor penalizatoare pentru deficitele de rezerve minime obligatorii în valută sunt următoarele:

-   13,00%  pe  an  pentru   rezervele  minime obligatorii constituite în euro;

-   13,00%  pe  an  pentru   rezervele  minime obligatorii constituite în dolari SUA.
