    In temeiul prevederilor art. 107 din Constitutia Romaniei,

    Guvernul Romaniei adopta prezenta hotarare.

    Anexa nr. 2 la Hotararea Guvernului nr. 562/1999 privind aprobarea Planului national pentru cercetare-dezvoltare si inovare, publicata in Monitorul Oficial al Romaniei, Partea I, nr. 344 din 20 iulie 1999, cu modificarile si completarile ulterioare, se modifica si se inlocuieste cu anexa*) la prezenta hotarare.
