    In temeiul prevederilor art. 107 din Constitutia Romaniei, ale art. 14 alin. (3) si ale art. 30 alin. (3) din Legea telecomunicatiilor nr. 74/1996, cu modificarile si completarile ulterioare,

    Guvernul Romaniei adopta prezenta hotarare.

    Cuantumul taxelor prevazute in anexele nr. 1 si 2 la Legea telecomunicatiilor nr. 74/1996, publicata in Monitorul Oficial al Romaniei, Partea I, nr. 156 din 22 iulie 1996, cu modificarile si completarile ulterioare, se modifica si va avea valorile prevazute in anexele nr. 1 si 2 care fac parte integranta din prezenta hotarare.

    Taxele de licenta prevazute la art. 14 sunt urmatoarele:
    1. Retele de telecomunicatii aferente serviciilor de telecomunicatii de baza:
    - 1.1. nationale - 9.000.000.000 lei
    - 1.2. zonale - 2.700.000.000 lei
    - 1.3. locale:
    a) urbane - 630.000.000 lei
    b) rurale - 45.000.000 lei.
    2. Alte retele de telecomunicatii care fac obiectul unei licente:
    - 2.1. nationale - 900.000.000 lei
    - 2.2. zonale - 180.000.000 lei
    - 2.3. locale:
    a) urbane - 45.000.000 lei
    b) rurale - 9.000.000 lei.
    3. Servicii de telecomunicatii de baza:
    - 3.1. nationale - 4.500.000.000 lei
    - 3.2. zonale/urbane - 630.000.000 lei
    - 3.3. rurale - 45.000.000 lei.
    4. Alte servicii de telecomunicatii care fac obiectul unei licente:
    - 4.1. nationale - 270.000.000 lei
    - 4.2. zonale/locale - 27.000.000 lei.

    Taxele de autorizare prevazute la art. 30 sunt urmatoarele:
    1. Retele de telecomunicatii liberalizate:
    - 1.1. nationale - 90.000.000 lei
    - 1.2. zonale - 27.000.000 lei
    - 1.3. locale - 9.000.000 lei.
    2. Servicii de telecomunicatii liberalizate:
    - 2.1. nationale - 18.000.000 lei
      2.2. zonale   9.000.000 lei
      2.3. locale   4.500.000 lei.
