În temeiul prevederilor art. 64 alin. (1) şi ale art. 67 din Constituţia României, republicată,Senatul adoptă prezenta hotărâre.ARTICOL UNICRegulamentul Senatului, aprobat prin Hotărârea Senatului nr. 28/2005, republicat în Monitorul Oficial al României, Partea I, nr. 72 din 25 ianuarie 2018, se modifică după cum urmează: – Articolul 95 va avea următorul cuprins: Articolul 95
(1) Toate proiectele şi propunerile legislative se înregistrează la Senat în ordinea primirii lor, se distribuie senatorilor şi se publică pe pagina de internet a Senatului.
(2) După înregistrarea la Biroul permanent a propunerii legislative pot deveni iniţiatori şi alţi senatori, cu acordul scris al iniţiatorului/iniţiatorilor propunerii legislative. Această hotărâre a fost adoptată de Senat în şedinţa din 7 mai 2018, cu respectarea prevederilor art. 76 alin. (1) din Constituţia României, republicată. p. PREŞEDINTELE SENATULUI, ADRIAN ŢUŢUIANU
