In temeiul prevederilor art. 11 din Legea audiovizualului nr. 504/2002, cu modificările şi completările ulterioare,

Parlamentul României adoptă prezenta hotărâre.

Articol unic. - Domnul Ioan Cărmăzan se numeşte în calitatea de membru titular al Consiliului Naţional al Audiovizualului, în locul devenit vacant ca urmare a demisiei domnului Valentin Nicolau, în continuarea mandatului, până la data de 1 iulie 2008.

Această hotărâre a fost adoptată de Camera Deputaţilor şi de Senat în şedinţa comună din 12 septembrie 2007, cu respectarea prevederilor art. 67 şi ale art. 76 alin. (2) din Constituţia României, republicată.
