    Guvernul Romaniei hotaraste:

    Art. 1
    Se aproba transmiterea unor imobile, proprietate publica a statului, situate in localitatile Ploiesti - Tatarani si Suceava - Mihoveni, din administrarea Ministerului Apararii Nationale in administrarea Ministerului de Interne, identificate conform anexei care face parte integranta din prezenta hotarare.
    Art. 2
    Ministerul de Interne va lua masuri in vederea punerii in siguranta impotriva seismelor a imobilelor preluate, in conditiile legii.
    Art. 3
    Predarea-preluarea imobilelor transmise potrivit art. 1 se face pe baza de protocol incheiat intre partile interesate, in termen de 30 de zile de la data intrarii in vigoare a prezentei hotarari.
