    In temeiul prevederilor art. 8 alin. (2) din Legea nr. 83/1997 pentru privatizarea societatilor comerciale bancare la care statul este actionar, cu modificarile ulterioare,

    Guvernul Romaniei hotaraste:

    ARTICOL UNIC
    Termenul pentru finalizarea vanzarii actiunilor catre investitorii de portofoliu, persoane fizice si juridice romane si straine, prin oferta publica secundara, prevazut la art. 5 din anexa la Hotararea Guvernului nr. 428/1998 pentru aprobarea strategiei de privatizare a Societatii Comerciale "Banca Romana pentru Dezvoltare" - S.A., se proroga pana la data de 30 octombrie 2000.
