În temeiul art. 108 din Constituţia României, republicată,Guvernul României adoptă prezenta hotărâre.ARTICOL UNIC După alineatul (11 ) al articolului 2 din Hotărârea Guvernului nr. 736/2010 pentru aprobarea Normelor de aplicare a Ordonanţei de urgenţă a Guvernului nr. 69/2010 privind reabilitarea termică a clădirilor de locuit cu finanţare prin credite bancare cu garanţie guvernamentală, publicată în Monitorul Oficial al României, Partea I, nr. 537 din 2 august 2010, cu modificările şi completările ulterioare, se introduce un nou alineat, alineatul (12 ) , cu următorul cuprins: (12 ) Pentru anul 2012, plafonul total al garanţiilor care pot fi emise potrivit art. 16 alin. (1) din Ordonanţa de urgenţă a Guvernului nr. 69/2010, aprobată cu modificări şi completări prin Legea nr. 76/2011, este de 200 milioane lei.
