pentru modificarea si completarea Hotararii Guvernului nr. 1.574/2003 privind organizarea si functionarea Ministerului Finantelor Publice si a Agentiei Nationale de Administrare Fiscala

    In temeiul art. 108 din Constitutia Romaniei, republicata, al art. 40 alin. (1) din Legea nr. 90/2001 privind organizarea si functionarea Guvernului Romaniei si a ministerelor, cu modificarile si completarile ulterioare, si al art. 5 alin. (2) din Ordonanta Guvernului nr. 119/1999 privind controlul intern si controlul financiar preventiv, republicata,

    Guvernul Romaniei adopta prezenta hotarare.

    ARTICOL UNIC
    Hotararea Guvernului nr. 1.574/2003 privind organizarea si functionarea Ministerului Finantelor Publice si a Agentiei Nationale de Administrare Fiscala, publicata in Monitorul Oficial al Romaniei, Partea I, nr. 2 din 5 ianuarie 2004, cu modificarile si completarile ulterioare, se modifica si se completeaza dupa cum urmeaza:
    1. La alineatul (2) al articolului 2 se introduce litera m) cu urmatorul cuprins:
    "m) de autoritate a administratiei publice centrale de specialitate, prin care se asigura elaborarea si implementarea politicii in domeniul sistemelor de management financiar si control la institutiile publice."
    2. La articolul 3 alineatul (1), punctul 49 va avea urmatorul cuprins:
    "49. indruma metodologic si organizeaza activitatea de instruire si pregatire profesionala in domeniul auditului intern si al sistemelor de management financiar si control;"
    3. Anexa nr. 1 "Structura organizatorica a Ministerului Finantelor Publice" se modifica si se inlocuieste cu anexa la prezenta hotarare.
