    In temeiul art. 108 din Constitutia Romaniei, republicata,

    Guvernul Romaniei adopta prezenta hotarare.

    ARTICOL UNIC
    Alineatul (1) al articolului 11 din Hotararea Guvernului nr. 746/2003 privind organizarea si functionarea aparatului de lucru al Guvernului, publicata in Monitorul Oficial al Romaniei, Partea I, nr. 493 din 8 iulie 2003, cu modificarile ulterioare, se modifica dupa cum urmeaza:
    "Art. 11
    (1) Numarul maxim de posturi in aparatul de lucru al Guvernului este de 397, inclusiv demnitarii, posturile aferente cabinetului primului-ministru si cabinetului ministrului pentru coordonarea Secretariatului General al Guvernului."
