privind stabilirea tarifelor de cazare si a regiei de cantina, care se platesc de catre elevi si studenti

    Guvernul Romaniei hotaraste:

    Art. 1
    Elevii care locuiesc in internate si servesc masa la cantine scolare platesc regie dupa cum urmeaza:
    - 330 lei/luna regie de internat;
    - 220 lei/luna regie de cantina.
    Art. 2
    Cheltuielile de regie se platesc de catre elevi lunar, la casieriile unitatilor de invatamant.
    Art. 3
    Tarifele de cazare in camin, care se platesc de catre studentii romani si studentii straini bursieri ai statului roman, se stabilesc dupa cum urmeaza:
    - camera cu grupuri sanitare comune pe palier:
   ------------------------------------------------
     cu 2 locuri - 700 lei/luna/loc
     cu 3 locuri - 500 lei/luna/loc
     cu 4 locuri - 450 lei/luna/loc
     cu 5 locuri - 350 lei/luna/loc
   - camera cu grup sanitar propriu:
  -------------------------------------------------
     cu 2 locuri - 800 lei/luna/loc
     cu 3 locuri - 700 lei/luna/loc
   - camera cu grup sanitar comun la doua camere:
  --------------------------------------------------
     cu 4 locuri - 650 lei/luna/loc
   - camera cu grup sanitar propriu si alte facilitati (garsoniera):
   ------------------------------------------------------------------
     cu 4 locuri - 1.000 lei/luna/loc
     cu 3 locuri - 1.100 lei/luna/loc
     cu 2 locuri - 1.200 lei/luna/loc.
    Studentii din Republica Moldova si Republica Ucraina nu platesc taxe de cazare in camin.
    Art. 4
    Cetatenii straini care studiaza in tara noastra pe cont propriu valutar platesc taxa de camin in dolari S.U.A., pentru o camera, dupa cum urmeaza:

   - garsoniera                                          - 180 dolari/luna
   - camera cu grup sanitar propriu                      - 100 dolari/luna
   - camera cu grup sanitar la doua camere               -  80 dolari/luna
   - camera cu grup sanitar pe palier
          - cu 2 locuri                                  -  70 dolari/luna
          - cu 3 locuri                                  -  80 dolari/luna
          - cu 4 locuri                                  -  90 dolari/luna.

    Mecanismul incasarii taxei de camin se stabileste de catre Ministerul Invatamantului si Stiintei cu avizul Bancii Nationale a Romaniei.
    Art. 5
    Regia de cantina pentru studenti se stabileste in cote procentuale din valoarea mesei servite, astfel:
    - 10% pentru meniuri fixe;
    - 20% pentru meniuri "a la carte".
    Art. 6
    Ministerul Invatamantului si Stiintei va asigura punerea in executare a prezentei hotarari.
