În temeiul art. 108 din Constituţia României, republicată,Guvernul României adoptă prezenta hotărâre.ARTICOL UNICDupă alineatul (3) al articolului 25 din Normele financiare pentru activitatea sportivă, aprobate prin Hotărârea Guvernului nr. 1.447/2007, publicată în Monitorul Oficial al României, Partea I, nr. 823 din 3 decembrie 2007, cu modificările şi completările ulterioare, se introduce un nou alineat, alineatul (4), cu următorul cuprins:
(4) Prin derogare de la prevederile alin. (1) şi (2), pentru rezultatele deosebite obţinute în anul 2012 de către sportivii care au participat la Campionatele Europene de Gimnastică de la Bruxelles, se acordă premii prin suplimentarea cu 100% a cuantumurilor prevăzute la alin. (1) lit. d).
