    Guvernul Romaniei hotaraste:

    Art. 1
    Preturile de cumparare a materiilor si materialelor de constructii achizitionate de catre unitatile de cult vor fi cele practicate de catre fabricile producatoare in relatiile cu unitatile de stat.
    Tarifele pentru lucrari de constructii vor fi cele practicate intre unitatile de stat.
    Art. 2
    Ministerul Finantelor si Ministerul Cultelor vor controla, corespunzator competentei lor, respectarea stricta a destinatiei materialelor de constructii ce fac obiectul prezentei hotarari.
    Art. 3
    Ministerul Economiei Nationale si Ministerul Finantelor vor dispune masuri pentru aplicarea prezentei hotarari.
