    In temeiul prevederilor art. 107 din Constitutia Romaniei si ale art. 3 alin. (7) din Ordonanta de urgenta a Guvernului nr. 76/2001 privind simplificarea unor formalitati administrative pentru inregistrarea si autorizarea functionarii comerciantilor,

    Guvernul Romaniei adopta prezenta hotarare.

    Art. 1
    (1) Se aproba modelul si continutul cererii de inregistrare a comerciantului, prevazute in anexa nr. 1.
    (2) Se aproba modelul si continutul certificatului de inregistrare a comerciantului, inclusiv ale anexei la acesta, prevazute in anexa nr. 2.
    Art. 2
    Anexele nr. 1 si 2*) fac parte integranta din prezenta hotarare.
