Parlamentul României adoptă prezenta lege.ARTICOL UNICLa articolul 3 din Legea nr. 119/1996 cu privire la actele de stare civilă, republicată în Monitorul Oficial al României, Partea I, nr. 743 din 2 noiembrie 2009, cu modificările şi completările ulterioare, alineatul (3) se modifică şi va avea următorul cuprins:(3) Primarii şi şefii misiunilor diplomatice şi ai oficiilor consulare de carieră ale României pot delega sau retrage, după caz, exercitarea atribuţiilor de ofiţer de stare civilă viceprimarului, secretarului unităţii administrativ-teritoriale sau altor funcţionari publici din aparatul propriu cu competenţă în acest domeniu, respectiv agentului diplomatic care îndeplineşte funcţii consulare sau unuia dintre funcţionarii consulari. Această lege a fost adoptată de Parlamentul României, cu respectarea prevederilor art. 75 şi ale art. 76 alin. (1) din Constituţia României, republicată.
